Visual art: An amalgamation of objectivity and subjectivity! Sometimes seems to have conflicting nature of ambiguity in truth!
Representation of film celebrities in painting. It is as similar as Indian people's blindness to drawbacks and the way they have always been bent on boasting themselves. Self praising at times when it should not be there but we just go on keeping hope.
Whether we have been updated with socio-political news of our country or not but we know How Arpita Khan's wedding took place.
However I have watched many amusing as well as abusing visual arts of film celebrities but still I have not been competent to understand the delight of making funny images of these celebrities doing so domestic work in rural background. On one side people become possessed and worship these celebrities as if they helping them make their living where one must only like them for the sake of their talent. On other side I appreciate the art of this painter the way he or she has made it but at some extent I find my subjectivity having conflicts with objectivity which should be very pure without bias. This painting has very pretty touch of worth rural life as I spent memorable days in a few villages but the funny touch of celebrities makes me change my perception as all told me it is the picture only made for amusement and I stopped visualizing any other thing. Perhaps the painter has very funny and amusing perception for celebrities. Perhaps he or she wants Amitji to be a cook, Rajnikant his or her favourite always hero of the universe!
:-P :-(
