Life is truly lived by exploring the self and by learning life experiences or lessons. My perception is again creating an enormous space here.
Process is your life and product can be your experience. Understanding and creating objectivity is all about taking references from real life. He claimed the significance of the anecdotal references in an individual 's life intact. For teachers there must be a requirement of involvement in their profession and love for job should not be any characteristic but it creates autonomy within!
You can do whatever is seen but never say what can't be done. He too spoke well on parenting by distinguishing two contradictory ideas and how they can take place in historical allegory getting framed by changing situations and transformation in children!
I liked the way he expressed his irony on education system which is becoming political and adornment of corruption. He was too good in connecting the anecdotal links of experiences and the situations that might have taken place if a particular behaviour had been in a particular way.
Motivation is defined with improvement of weakness. Punishing is easy but teacher's duty is to teach lessons. He very well changed the concepts of proxy and punishment in the minds of teachers. The certainty was etched on heart when he described that best characteristic part of teachers exists when teacher's character flows with his content. It will then be a live situation teaching and instructional inspiration for students and on teachers' part too. When a teacher finds out the reason behind students mistakes, teacher perhaps would be able to recognise students' actual understanding and any other skill.
My memory allowed me many other things to pen down.
I owe a lot of my understanding of phenomena like teaching to this man today. He has pulled his moral values off to see possibilities further. He is a well known personality, and a motivational speaker (can't pen down other adjectives as for me is a gem of building motivation) - Deepak Teraiya.
